You contacted me via the app after I already bought a new base and it was delivered to my home from your company . Honestly, you asked for a review and it deserves 1 star. I don’t want to, but it is completely disorganized, sluggish, and unhelpful. Your departments are not communicating. You are not aware of what has been handled and not. I don’t want others to be enticed by your products that are $300+ only to get awful customer service. There is no customer care/service in product once purchased. The big purchase is a thing but the repeat purchases and the growth does come from reputation. Your customers hold your reputation. If you truly cared about our pets, you would care about the welfare of their bathroom. We, as pet parents, care and buy these high end products because it makes it easier for us and for them. I clean my girls litter box after they use it, this product made it easier for me not to clean it 3+ times a day. Think about it. Would you want to go to the restroom if there was excrement on the toilet or in it? Isn’t that gross? So why should it be not something you care about? You’re in the service of litter boxes. Even if you do not care, which you don’t, you could do a better job of pretending. I want to know the products I buy actually care about their wellbeing. My girls should a clean litter box every time they go, exactly the same thing you would want and expect when you go to the bathroom.

Timely delivery. Just got it today still need to set it up

I've had the SC02 for a couple days now. It functions great and my 22 pound Maine Coon fits in it just fine. It's very quiet and the gel deodorant tablet is amazing. I can't smell anything! The only thing I have a complaint on is I set up the app on my phone and got everything entered and all that. It recorded overnight how many times it cleaned and weighed my cat. Great stuff. But then on the second day I went to look at it and I had been logged out. When trying to log back in, it said it couldn't find me, my account, my email, my phone number, nothing. So I had to set up my account all over again. I hope that doesn't affect my warranty.
