Hi, I'm really sorry for the long wait — having to go find bags elsewhere to keep things running is exactly the kind of inconvenience you shouldn't have had to deal with. The bags were out of stock at the time of your order, and we did send you a back-order notification. As soon as stock came back in, we shipped it out immediately, and the tracking number was sent to you by email. The package is currently in transit.
