The box would not work when we got it. Customer service responded but it took three weeks before they elected to send us another one. The new one is working. The poop gets stuck to the rake but it is functioning okay now. 4 out of my my 5 cats use it. The 5th one seems scared of it.

The litterbox was on backorder from day one. It is hard to watch so many items for a product knowing that it isn't in stock from the start. I got the Trustpilot review before I even got the product. I had just gotten scammed by another 'company' so it has been a hard 2+ months but my litterbox finally came. I haven't had the litter box long enough to give a review but so far so good but just got it 3 days ago.

I just assembled this robotic litter box, and I’m honestly suspicious… because it went too well. I own a much more expensive brand, and somehow this one is already winning. Assembly was so simple I kept waiting for the “gotcha” step where I’d need three hands, a PhD, and emotional resilience, but it never came. The directions actually made sense (!!), and my phone synced on the first try, which feels illegal. Best of all, there are fewer parts and screws. And fewer opportunities for me to confidently take something apart and then never emotionally recover from putting it back together. I actually broke my old unit trying to clean it—this one feels like it was designed with people like me in mind. In short: this litter box is impressively effective and refreshingly idiot-proof. A rare combo. My cats are thrilled, and I still have my dignity intact. I will hold out hope about replacement bags and deodorant. I haven’t seen a way to order in the app (hint hint) but my fingers are crossed it’s affordable and/or there’s a knock-off option.

Just bought my second box. The cats took right to them. Super easy to operate and came in just a few days.
