We love Meowant. I have been a cat Mom for 30+ years and always scooped because the popular brand seemed ridiculously priced! This Meowant is affordable and amazing and we love it! Just bought the new larger model and can’t wait!!

I asked a question, they answered it. Then I ordered what I needed.

The product is very good and works well so far. Initially, the power cord was missing from the package, and I shared my concern in a review. I was really impressed with the customer service , within just a few hours, the team contacted me by email and immediately arranged to resend the missing power cord for free. Their follow-up and support were excellent and very professional. Overall, I am very satisfied with the product and especially happy with how quickly the company resolved the issue. Great customer service experience with Mewone!

Hi, we're very sorry to hear about the missing power cord and the frustration it caused. We understand how disappointing this must have been. If you have opened the waste bin cover and there is still no power cord, we can resend a new cord to you for free. We have sent you email about this, please kindly check it and reply to us.

I love the products from this company. Especially for ADHD folks like me, having the easily selfcleaning litter box actually helps me to keep up with manually cleaning my other traditional litter box. The only feedback I have from this last transaction is that the product was out of stock and back ordered, but I didn't see a notice from the company letting me know, so when it didn't come as promised, I had to inquire. If they sent me a notice, I missed it (maybe it got filtered as spam?)

Responded well to questions about order. The shipping was a little slow due to product availability. I understand that this happens so it was no big issue. It would have helped if this was communicated before having to ask why it hadn’t shipped for a few weeks. But besides this small issue all was pleasant.
