My litter box came very fast was well packaged works great however they need to be longer not any wider. My cat goes in and end up pooping outside the box. When she pees, she turns around the other way and pees on the back wall, kinda because the box is too short.

I ordered a litter box, bags and deodorizer and only received the bags and deodorizer. I immediately sent a message to Customer Service (because there's no phone number listed) and I still haven't been contacted to resolve the issue. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND GHOST YOU!!!!

Hi, thank you for your feedback, and we’re very sorry for the concern this has caused. As noted in the order confirmation email, some items, like the litter box, may be shipped separately from accessories to ensure safe delivery. We’ve already sent you the tracking number for the litter box, and it should be arriving soon. We understand how frustrating this situation can be and appreciate your patience. If you have any further questions or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out, we’re happy to help.

I have 5 Auto litter boxes, and I love them, BUT, the grate for sifting out waste…..the holes are too big. Many small pieces remain after a cycle. Still this is by far a great litter box brand!

Received damaged product. Have emailed and reached out via social media platforms without any response Edited: After returning from a holiday company break, the customer service has responded with a replacement product in a timely fashion once it was available. Great communication at this time!

Love the extra large box (NW-SC09) and so do my fur babies. I gave it only 4 stars because I think the bottom could be constructed a little more sturdy. I had the smaller version first and since my cats are not declawed they created a hole in the rubber bottom. The only way to fix it was to replace the entire drum (that stayed sold out for months). I’m thankful for the larger size since I have some big-back cats. 😉
