Love this litter box fast shipping and works great I have had the boxes that cost over 500. This one is quite and litter doesn’t go everywhere ❤️❤️❤️

The company’s shipping service delivered my $200+ litter box to the wrong house. The owner of the house that I suspect the package has been delivered to will not answer the door. This is even when multiple cars are in the driveway and people are obviously home. The shipping service has been slow to address the ticket that I submitted for further investigation, and Meowant, now that they’ve gotten the sale, has been mute to some of the emails that I sent asking for further escalation and completely indifferent in their response to others. Instead of helping me escalate the issue with the shipping service to locate, retrieve, or recover the losses for the package, the company seems content to take the sale whether I’ve gotten the product or not.

Product works great, ordering was easy, and delivery was quick.

No email telling me of delivery. Still haven’t received the product. I have one of the older models and it is great, a shame! Poor customer service less far. Will update if corrected. I have heard back since they responded and have sent me a email and tracking number. I was surprised originally as I stated before this is my second one and had no problems. I love the older model and hoping to love her new as much if not more.

Love the product. All but one of the 8 cats are using it. And I received my 2 boxes of liners separately. I am so happy with everything!

They replaced my order that was delivered wrong and the communication was perfect 🤩 got to say thank you to the team for the quick help.

I am pretty impressed with this auto litter box but there could be some improvements made to make it even better. 1. the sifter needs to have smaller holes. I still have to get in there and scoop everyday because it leaves behind nickel and dime size chunks that stink. 2. make the litter tray/sling/or whatever it's called removable/washable/replaceable. That thing is DIRTY and needs cleaning but doesn't come out. I looked on the website at the accessories and couldn't find where a replacement part was sold. Overall I am happy with this product and will continue to use it.

Ordering process simple, didn't over-recommend additional items, very timely shipping.
