I was pleased with the entire process.. choosing the litter box, fast delivery, easy installation and good directions for setup and startup.

We bought the SC02 it was delivered on time and received with on issues It works GREAT. We have 2 cats and they seem to like it! I do believe that the replacement supplys are a little EXPENSIVE and OVER PRICED. That is just my opinion.

Received the item pre used with litter already on everything. This was the response from my daughter who received it I think we got one that was returned 😭 it's fine if it works but damn everything in here is clearly opened and used🤣 There's also a deodorizer that only has 2/3 of them and everything inside is covered in litter lmao

It was quick & easy. I haven’t tried to set it up yet, so hopefully I won’t be writing another review! 😉

I had to change the shipping address after I ordered. Customer service was on top of it from the moment I asked about changing the address. They handled everything quickly.

Shipment was sent quickly as it was before. Small issue with the shipment that was taken care of immediately.
