Buying the first one over a year ago then my second one about a year ago, and now my third one today 5/17/26 I got the large one for my cat that won't use the smaller one, so nice not to scoop and my cats love them too!😻 Can't get them to pair with my phone, but they work great!😊

This was a good experience. Product came quickly, set up was easy, we had to change a few settings but overall happy with the product about a week in.

I received Outstanding customer support when I accidentally ordered the wrong model. Meowing immediately canceled the order and stopped shipment and I was able to order the bigger box. It was shipped immediately and I received it in 3 days! I have had the SC02 for quite a while and love it, however with my two cats I had to empty the waste container every 3rd day and the SC09 allows me to go longer which better fits my schedule. I highly recommend either box, they are great! Thank you Meowant!

I forgot to add discount code and reached out to the company and they made a bad situation for me right and refunded my money. Thank you for making it right.

Fast shipping. Product not great. The area where the waste gets dumped is messy and requires constant cleaning. I will not buy another Meowant
