I love the liter box so much. Just think I spent years scooping big liter boxes . This is easy. You take the bag out and that’s it. Sometimes a ball of liter might get stuck on the flap thing but, just knock it off and it’s sure beats scooping any time.

5/13/26 Can not get customer service in chat forum or response to email sent to customer service. 5/25/26 Finally heard from customer service after they saw review at 7:52am asking for information which I gladly provided. Now 2:15pm and still waiting on reply. 6/3/26 Got another reply this morning at 4:39 am. Really disappointed and frustrated with customer service. I would never recommend this product based on customer service experience. The product itself might be nice, but I haven’t been able to get it to work properly.

I have been trying to get a couple of parts for my SO2 and because I purchased it through Amazon the people at Mia want have washed their hands. If it’s not covered under warranty, then I need to purchase the parts. If they can’t help me then who can I go to to purchase those parts Please let me know. Marc Rhodes
