The staff at Menards Moving & Storage kept me updated at every step of the move. They were polite, responsive, and transparent about all costs. Everything was delivered safely and on time. I highly recommend them for any long-distance move.

The person I spoke with at this company asked me a few questions and then gave me a couple of options. I picked one that worked with my schedule. The movers came when they said they would, and the move went smoothly. I appreciated how straightforward and easy everything was from start to finish.

SENT PEOPLE TO PACK MY HOUSE IN A UHAUL TRUCK SO I KNEW IT WAS GOING TO BE PUT IN STORage . Second price was almost double the first estimate which I refused to pay and they held my furniture in storage for a month while I slept on a blow up bed I b=rrowed, And went to good will for 2pots and a few plastic plates so I could eat.( By the way I am 89 yrs old) my beautiful all wood dning table was destroyed, I have to replace it. My tool chest is missing as well as a wrought iron bedspread holder. $ pieces f my wooden frnitre are scarred to the point of having to refinish, I ordered a wardrobe box for my hangups and the box wascaved in with clothes on bottom and a plastic shelving unit on top of them. I still have not contacted them to let them know how much damage i have, because I am retaining a Lawyer.

`Everything started out fine and then went bad after signing the contract. Worst thing that Menard's did was to outsource or cub-contract our move (without our knowledge) to another company - GoodView - that I late rlearned is NOT accredited by the Better Business Bureau AND shows a list of negative revies and customer complaints about their practices, including extortion tactics for additional payments, Better to stay away from GoodView and Menard's.

Worst company I did a contract from Chicago to Mexico and gave me a price, then with the days they decided to try and charge me more and more then they gave me a date to pick up my furniture and they never did it past 3 days from the date time and never showed up but wanted to charge me more then I refuse to pay more from what it was already in the contract, and they told me they were not able to do the job door to door as they said and as how it was in the contract. I spoke to one of the supervisors and he hung up the phone on me, saying he was not taking my furniture to my door as how they said so I asked for my money back and they refuse to do it, I didn’t wanted to cancel them but if they were not going to do their job as they said of course I will like my money back, this is really bad service bad bad company I do not recommend this to no one all they do it’s lie and don’t have word to do their job really bad!!!!!
