I was honestly so paranoid after reading the reviews (accidentally booked them without seeing all the negative comments), and called their customer service right away. Sabrina reassured me and even made sure I had movers booked asap (read some reviews that movers never came lol) The movers came exactly as expected, delivered everything right on time and everything was perfectly intact. And I moved from California to Michigan in February so it was definitely a long drive and the weather most likely sucked for them.
