These are the WORST moving companies ever! They are truly the scum of the earth!! I would’ve rated them at a minus 10 stars! Menards moving and storage hires the drivers for Goodview moving and storage. They never called me back even though that said they would! My move was the most stressful time during my ENTIRE life!! Menards advertises that they are the least stressful moving company in the nation!! That’s a huge effen lie!! These 2 companies caused me to go into a full flare up mode with my sarcoidosis due to the extreme stress! I was in remission at the time of booking my move. If my doctor finds sarcoidosis elsewhere in my body, I will be suing both of these scum of the earth companies. Both companies lied to me all the time! I spoke to a Matthew and a David from Goodview numerous times, especially Matthew. And I spoke to Antonio and Sabrina from Menards. All of these people never called me back! When Goodview’s driver came to pick up my belongings on July 20, 2026, he said I needed more space(this is a scam that Menards does on purpose, they lowball your original cubic feet and at the LAST minute when the driver arrives he demands you to sign a revised estimate indicating I owed $1923 more!! for more space). Thus, he left 40% of my stuff in OH, since I refused to sign! And so they held my belongings hostage, as I wasn’t able to get a hold of anyone from either moving company. I left numerous messages and never received any calls back!! Goodview lost my full length mirror. The driver told my ex in OH it was packed with my pool table bench and of course it wasn’t there!! All big fat LIARS! The driver had a 3 hour window, which should be plenty of time for him, and he still arrived 2 hours late!! He ruined my exs entire night. Then he sat in his truck smoking something and yakking on the phone and my ex had to knock on the door and yell at him to start packing asap. I’m assuming that’s why he was late, cuz he was lazy and smoking and taking his damn time! Goodview finally delivered my 40% of stuff weeks later. I had to hire someone with a truck to get the rest of my belongings. I had to pay for 20 hours of gas, all tolls, a hotel and all meals for 2 full days. I guess I don’t understand why they thought they could charge me any more money since I had a binding contract! I reported both companies to the Attorney General and they issued me a complaint number. I will be continuing with this complaint with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration(FMCSA) as this is what number the AG gave me. I’m also going to Move Rescue, a consumer protection organization backed by the FMCSA.

Hello we have been trying to contact you guys regarding the people you hired to move my furniture. I’m missing over 20 items. I need a refund immediately. I’am feeling that you guys have scammed me. I trusted Menards to hire honest People to move my furniture. They hired a guy in a Penske truck that had 2 teenagers (one in slippers). No moving equipment.

I am writing this review to warn others about the severe lack of professionalism and breach of contract by Menards Moving & Storage.  I booked a move for September 6, 2026 and paid a deposit $1,456. Upon arrival, the truck driver completely refused to honor our agreed contract price and demanded additional money on the spot. To make matters worse, the driver's behavior was highly unprofessional and erratic.  When I immediately tried to call Menards Movers to resolve this nightmare, no one answered. Because of their complete failure to communicate and provide the quoted transport, I was left completely stranded on a strict schedule. I was forced to move all of my household goods entirely on my own.  This company takes your deposit, fails to show up with the agreed terms, and leaves you stranded with zero customer support. Avoid them at all costs.

As i try to reach out to Menards moving company and sending picture to phill with all of our broken funture. Tv broken 2 desk top broken, dresser leg broken. and srach up leg under couch broken. and so much more. so i try reaching out to Anthony and i also sent picture. there is no respond. so i try calling again and again and he will not respond to my call nor my text until this day.I have kept all of my picture . we paid ten thousand dollar over paid because it was alway a promble and so much more. we also paidto get stop 2 pick up and it did not get pick up some thing was still left and our storage. I had to turn the either and sign a release so the storage can dispose them. some things some thing was still left at the house. menards moving can not be trust and they do not care about there customer. This is a scam they tell you one thing to get you in. But they all work together so i have broken funture and never got stop 2 order i paid for and some thing left behind . This was a very bad experice from having over all. They tell you one thing and come with something els so i am warning who ever go with this company you will regreat it. I have so many picture. they have other resource with all the review not being seem. I was waiting to see before i do this review will Anthony reach out to me so okay there was no respond.I sent them every thing that they needed and the next day they want me to take 75.00 dollar can not replace a broken desk top and sign a docment so i did not sign for it. This is like a company scam.

I was estimated 1 price and when it came time to move it like tripled in price. my belongings were damaged and could not get a hold of anyone to file the complaint. everyemail was non deliverable would not recommened to anyone.

Complete Scammers. Low estimates, cost inflation on moving day, they took our belongings and put them in storage and then lied to us about how our belongings where in transit (we had an apple AirTag in the boxes). This went on for 1 month. We hired a lawyer, wrote a demand letter and threatened a lawsuit to have them open the storage facility to retrieve our belongings. DO NOT USE.

Menards Moving & Storage need to hire more capable and liable and ones the respect other people's proper-ty because the mover from Cosmos Transport in 1435 W. church St. Jacksonville, Fl. (866)748-3675 out of 14 Items 6 Items were damages. I call Cosmos and talk to a Shoni and he stated he would send a CLIME TO FILE FOR THE DAMAGES, HE has not and will not answer or return my CALL. THEY KNOW THEY DID WORNG. THE WORST COMPANY EVERY.

I wouldn’t hate someone enough to recommend this company to them. My credit card was charged for a service that I did not receive as promised. To make matters worse, after the move was completed, several of my belongings were either damaged or completely missing. This experience was extremely stressful and disappointing. I would strongly advise others to think twice before trusting this company with their belongings or their money.
