This was so easy! I did have to wait awhile for a call back but they kept in contact with me letting me know they were aware of the situation and would have a doctor calling me as soon as possible. I would much rather wait in the comfort of my own home than at a Doctors office. The care I got was great!

My experience was good. I had a kind doctor who did prescribe medication. No problems picking up my prescriptions. I ended up having to visit a doctor in town a week later as I still was not getting any better. However, around the same time I had my boyfriend use this service also as he was coming down with the same symptoms I started with. He spoke to a different doctor but explained to him he had been in close contact with someone who has a severe upper respiratory infection (turned pneumonia I found out) and his doctor told him it was viral and he couldn't do anything but prescribe him some cough syrup. I felt like the doctor totally blew him off and didn't listen to what he was telling him. Obviously this was not viral. It took 36 hours and several phone calls JUST to get the cough syrup called in. WE stood in line sick at a pharmacy only to be told the doctor who prescribed it had not yet approved the prescription and that they were "trying" to get in touch with him. This doctor dropped the ball in so many ways. Monday morning my boyfriend had to go to the doctor and was prescribed steroids and antibiotics and is feeling better. His experience was a total waste of time and money. We both have insurance and do not need to use MeMD but chose to do so because of the convenience when you really just do not feel well. We asked for a refund on his visit and were told that a supervisor would call and no one ever did. Because of the experience we had when my boyfriend called in I cannot in good conscience recommend anyone use MeMD.

Hi Teresa, thank you for bringing this to our attention. Please accept our sincere apologies; we regret to learn that your boyfriend had a poor experience with one of our medical providers and that his prescription was not sent to the pharmacy in a timely manner. We understand your frustration at having to wait at the pharmacy while feeling unwell and are very sorry that we inconvenienced you - it is the exact opposite of what we pride ourselves on. We value our patients and understand how important it is to offer exceptional service and convenient access to quality care. Given the opportunity, we would like to learn more details about your boyfriend's case and try to make things right. Please have him email us at [email protected] so a manager may further assist him.

It was very nice to not have to go to Urgent Care. I was feeling very sick but didn't feel like getting out of the house. I also didn't want to be around others who were sick.

I was very sick on a Sunday and I remembered this service was provided through Aflac for only $25. It was a simply process and the doctor called me back right away even though it was Sunday. Another coworker was getting sick and I recommended she use this service. I will definitely use again! Thank you!
