This was my first time using the system was great and easy to use. I had to call to add my insurance information which they handle for me in just a few short minutes then the Dr. was calling in just 10 minutes from there and prescription was sent immediately

I would much rather spend an hour in my office than a doctor's office. I was told they would call me within 30-45 minutes and it was and 1 hour and 15 minutes.

The receptionists that I dealt with was awesome, the dr not so much. He must have been at a party or a restaurant or something. It was very loud and I could hardly hear him. He didn’t ask any questions at all. He had basically already made his own diagnosis from what the questionnaire said. He prescribed meds that my insurance doesn’t cover and the pharmacy tried to reach him but he never responded. I ended up having to call again and insist on the appropriate meds. The receptionist did most of that was very helpful. Update: i did end up having to go to insta care today and was given new Meds and diagnosis. So overall using this service was a waste of time and money and just prolonged my Illness. Will not be using it again.

My first experience with MeMD. It was easy and convenient. Had I not had access I would have had to wait 3 or 4 days to receive treatment for a sinus infection. This would have given it plenty of time to increase in severity. Instead just a few hours and I had my treatment. What a great idea!!!!
