Easy and FAST! I was able to set up an account, make an appointment, and talk with a live physician in only about 20 minutes! The physician listen to my concerns , asked a few questions about my symptoms (sinus infection) and sent an antibiotic to my local pharmacy electronically. It was way cheaper than what my insurance would have covered if I would have went to my PCP office for a visit. I’ll be using this service again. Highly recommend for busy folks who need relief.

Excellent. Personable. DR didn't rush me. Actually listened to my symptoms and what I feel would work based on me knowing my body and my history. Extremely professional and caring. Great DR. Would definitely recommend.

The convenience factor alone makes this a 5 star rating! Though I missed the phone call for my Phone Appointment three times, by a millisecond each time, I still was able to call back and get transferred to the physician right away and was still heard and treated with respect even though I was not a prompt patient. I appreciate the care and the easy conversation I had with the provider and will absolutely continue to utilize this organization in the future! Thank you!! There was a teeny issue with my pharmacy rejecting the order but all I had to do was call MeMD and they were able to fix it within a matter of moments! Wonderful customer service all around!

The Doctor returned my call within minutes, listened to my needs, inquired about my medical history and wrote a refill for my medication. Very polite and personable. Pleasant experience.

Called at 130am, got a dr in 5 minutes..a great service!
