Easy to use and great, efficient service

I was well taken care of. The staff asked me many questions and pinned down that I probably had a sinus infection. I could have waited until Monday to see a doctor, but it was so nice to start an antibiotic early so that I didn't miss school at all.

Had a GREAT experience! First of all, I don't like doctor visits so this is a great alternative. I was out on the road on business and started getting a sore throat. I was afraid it was strep since I wasn't having many other symptoms. Was able to send a picture in the middle of the night, talk to an agent that tried getting a doctor by midnight for me but was unsuccessful. When she called me back she said she could get someone to call me early morning. Doctor called at my requested time, asked me a few questions, reviewed my picture and sent over a prescription to a local pharmacy. I don't see how they could have made it easier besides having a doctor answer 10:30 at night haha.

The pre-call call was bewildering at first but only inasmuch as a nurse would come take vitals before doctor enters exam room. All was pleasant, to the point and effective. Will definitely use again.
