I have been using MeMD for several years now and their service and providers have been excellent! The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because of one experience with one provider who seemed distracted, and acted as if talking to me was a bother. i would have hung up but was afraid I would be charged for another consult. The consult ended fine but I called MeMD to voice my dissatisfaction. They were very pro-active, apologized for my experience and told me that if I previously spoke with a provider I liked I could request them. I have done so, and am very satisfied with their service. Other than that one little hiccup, 5 STARS!!

Overall very good experience. I loved the doctor, he listened and ask more questions than my regular GP. I found the website a little hard to understand. I was checking out the site to see when I could get an appointment and next thing I knew I had paid for an appointment. The doctor called within 30 minutes which was great but I would had liked to know when my appointment was ahead of time. A little more information on the website would be my only complaint.

It was awesome from the time I made an appointment to speaking with the doctor it only took about 15 minutes total. It’s very convenient especially so you don’t have to take off work

I have utilized MeMD twice now, both experiences were exceptional. The doctor who contacted me listened and diagnosed my symptoms confidently. I would recommend this service to anyone prior to making an expensive trip to an office, it's much easier -- and cost effective -- for common diagnoses.

Meh. Doctor prescribed 3 prescriptions that didn't work. All I needed was an antibiotic. Got a zpak from a friend and it cured me of the secondary chest infection. Won't use this service again.

They are the best, if you know you need antibiotics for the sinus infection that you get every year yada yada, and you dont feel like going to the clinic and getting more sick with the flu or worse, CALL MEMD, top notch, they call you like they care, screen you for all the symptoms, call in the medication and you get better faster...the end.

Awesome service with great prices. We were spending Christmas with family out of state, and unfortunately a number of us had been sick for a while and we were only getting worse. We were able to talk to a doctor at MeMD around 5:00 AM on the morning of Christmas Eve, and we had antibiotics before breakfast time. The holidays were saved!
