For a routine health issue (in my case sinus infection) MeMD is a great choice. The Dr. asked good questions & gave me some homeopathic options and preventative care suggestions as well as traditional medicine.

I had a great experience. Initiated online and received a call back in about a half hour. Got treated for a sinus infection. Called in a prescription to my local pharmacy. The whole process was fast and easy.

Very fast and efficient. I was able to be seen by a qualified physician from home without having to expose a waiting room full of people. Very appreciative for this service!!!

Never again.

I found the experience unacceptable. I had a very hard time registering successfully with my company's connection. The promotional flyers were not clear in the process. I had to request a medical conversation twice before I received a call back. The doctor's bedside manner was lacking. I was told the prescription was being called in right away. I had to call back because I was charged too much for the consultation. We waited three hours before going to the pharmacy and the prescription was never sent. I had to call back a second time to get the prescription sent. Then had to make a second trip to the pharmacy. Ended up costing more time then an actual doctor appointment.

The last doctor I spoke to was the best, most efficient, no nonsense, doctor I have had thru your service. Some of these people make such a ridiculously big deal out of prescribing me a medication I, and all the Male members of my mothers side of the family, have had to use all our adult lives.

Efficient and quick for minor health issues, and avoiding a trip to the urgent care
