Terrible. Horrible. Unprofessional.
I’ve been using this drill for a while and then one day, it stopped working in the middle of a session with a client (very embarrassing) I only recently purchased the item so I thought to notify melodysusie about this, they told me they couldn’t solve my problem, I asked them what are my solutions and they stopped emailing me completely. I emailed them a few more times and they still are ignoring me. I’m super annoyed about this and I know they will probably see this review and ask me to email them to resolve the issue but it’ll just go in circles. They will go back to ignoring me. Save yourself time and money, buy the DND drill, it works wonders! I just thought let me try a new brand and has this experience taught me to stick with what I know!!
