Drill works pretty good! I had an issue with the hand piece and they sent me a new one as soon as it was back in stock. I definitely recommend!

Excellent customer service, I didn’t receive my package the first time and they went above and beyond to fix the problem and they made sure to send a second package which I did receive it right away. I’m so pleased with my order and so so happy and excited to use my things. Will definitely be buying again ❤️

MelodySusie has an amazingly fast customer service. Most companies, you have to wait a week to hear from. I heard from Melody Susie the next day and they couldn’t have been more helpful in the situation. I ordered the wrong drill and I wanted a refund so I could order the correct one. They were very kind and prompted a refund immediately.

I ordered the New Jade drill and was excited to receive it. My order came in about 2 1/2-3 weeks later which was fine. 3 days later I used my drill and it went out on me when I was working on a client. I contacted customer service that same day and they responded a day or so later. I uploaded a video of what was happening and they said that the drill part was defective and that they will ship out another replacement part in about 2 weeks. The Customer service representative was very nice and communicated very well with shipping and tracking process and answered my concerns in a timely manner. I received a new drill this past Saturday and I’m excited to actually use it. Customer service reached back out to me to see if I had received my replacement which I thought was awesome. So please continue to have great customer service, it goes a long way!

Great portable drill, strong motor and a very long battery life. An absolute crucial piece of equipment for our foot health practitioners when there on home visits. Also customer service is impeccable, they look after you very well and answer questions promptly.
