Customer service is A+. FedEx "delivered" my product but I was unable to find it so they quickly sent me a new one with a different shipping company

I am a self taught nail tech, I started back in May,2022 when I purchased my first drill! Melody Susie had a great sale going on. I had done my research and saw this was a great product especially for starters! It just recently went bad for me, I reached out to the customer care and they helped me so promptly and I was able to get my replacement WITHING 2 DAYS! I'm so in love w my drill and this amazing team!! 👏

I Purchased a nail drill a little over six months ago and took it out to use it for the first time and the handpiece was defective. I reached out to the company and they responded quickly and were eager to help me fix the problem. They sent me a new handpiece for my nail drill and it works perfect 👍🏽. Thanks so much

I have an ekectric file and it went wro f unfortunately. I contacted customer services and they doryed it straight away and got a replacement to me in about e days. I would recommend their e-file it is lightweight and easy to use. The customer services is the best j have cone across so helpful and no messing you around just sorted it out.
