Produkt arrived damaged (it could only be used plugged in and not with the battery in). I messaged the customer service, which asked me to provide a video of my experience, which i was too busy to do and thought "oh well, i can just use it plugged in, whatever", so i never replied to them. Then, two weeks later, another package arrives in my mailbox: the same product, this time working completely correctly. I'm so happy that they sent me a replacement.

I love melody Susie! There customer service experience for my drill that is still under warranty was awesome. Only thing I will say is that 2 of my melody Susie drills went out within 2 weeks of each other. But I will say, when using them, they are awesome. My favorite so far!

I recently bought a nail dust collector and after about a month or so and my on/off button stopped working. I reached out to the melodysusie team and they were the best at helping me resolve the issue quickly with sending me a replacement!

The nail drill is honestly perfection until the hand drill stopped working after 5 months. I’ve sent multiple emails and didn’t get a response for a week unfortunately butfinally got a response in which they have me really good, professional and fast service. It was sorted within a few hours with a replacement sent on the way. I was given responses minutes after I had replied. Although, it’s best to email the regular support email and not the one with .uk if you’re British.

I have been using my dust collector/drill for like about 9 months and i really love it. I ahd to look for something way to keep working on this cause after covid i got many allergies including dust and someone on tik tok recommended this brand and i love it!! I algo got the bits wich are a 100% yes too. Sadly for some reason my pen drill stoped working 2 but both times melody susie team help me really quick and i got the pen in like about 2 days. Im very happy with my experience and since accidents happen all the time but they find the way to fix it really quick i for sure will recommend this brand to anyone who’s looking for any of the items i bought.

Customer service is excellent! The reason for the 4 stars is I bought a nail drill for my wife for Christmas and four months later it just quit working. The drill itself works excellent. They replaced the drill very quickly once we proved it was not working.

A few months ago I ordered a 2in1 dust collector and drill. The drill stopped working within the 15months guarantee so I reached out to customer services. They were very kind and sent me a replacement drill for which I only paid shipping. However that arrived with the exact same fault I complained about. So I reached out once again and they were extremely helpful for the second time, only this time they sent the entire 2in1 for free. Extremely professional and understanding of them. I’ve had the new 2in1 for jus over a month now with no issues so far :)

I really recommend melodysusie, I had a little problem with my nail drill and they take the time to resolve my problem
