The products are the very best quality and they work!! My husband is off his blood pressure medication, my son is of his ADHD medication because of the products here, eczema is GONE because of these products!!! The company is wonderful!

I'm a new comer to Melaleuca and thus far I love it! Before I joined it was explained about the 35 point and as a preferred member u receive perks like loyal shopping dollars, money to watch video and I can go on. Maybe some of you didn't or do not have am awesome coach like myself...learn to ask questions! I love the Melaleuca products thus far and I make sure to order monthly so I don't receive something i don't want! Sorry thus far I only have good things to say about this company which is not a scam. Love it.

I recently had to close my dad's Melaluca account because he passed away earlier this year. I was expecting a difficult verification process and a lot of back and forth, but Delcina took care of everything for me quickly and easily and offered her condolences in the process. I'm very thankful Delcina and Melaluca made everything so easy for me!

My Husband has Parkinson's Disease. Melaleuca Vitamins give him energy and Their Acuity AZ for brain health has herbs in it that I researched that help Parkinson's Disease. My Husband has had his Parkinson's Disease now for 3 years and he is STILL medication FREE. That is not saying that one day he WON'T be on medication for Parkinson's Disease but I am a firm believer THAT the vitamins and The Acuity AZ have truly helped him along. We have tried other vitamins from VERY GOOD companies out there but the Melaleuca vitamins have been the one to give him the most energy levels with his Parkinson's Disease. Thank-you Melaleuca for having such a NICE quality of vitamins for customers to take. Also, your cleaning products are WONDERFUL!! If your not happy with Melaleuca that is your right and you are entitled to your opinions, but in all honesty, every product we have tried from Melaleuca has been EXCELLENT!!

I have used your product for afew years and my sister is brain washed as to the fact yhat u are the best company in tbe world.My daughter has thrown out her products because she can't stand the after smell and some of the products dont clean ease

Was invited by a long lost contact to have a simple breakfast, which turned into a 2 hour intro to this company. Long story short, it's a rebranded MLM model made sustainable by monthly recurring orders and fees vs a larger upfront payment. You can make money if you're willing to monetise your friendships. You might even be willing to pay for their "alternative non toxic family products". My own opinion: expensive placebo. Ask for payout figures and percentage of "customers" that achieve said numbers in writing or print.

I worked customer service for about a year, but haven't worked there for a little over a year now, so I know a decent amount of ins and outs of the company. If you are going to be a customer please read all the way through and I can teach you how to get the most products for your money. Brief information: as a preferred member you have to order thirty five points per month which equates to about eighty dollars. If you don't place an order in the calendar month they will send a package and charge your card for it. You cannot remove your card from their account if you're a preferred member, there always has to be at least one card on file. Also, if you get rid of your card so melaleuca can stop charging you, that won't work because your bank will actually provide your new card information to them to charge your new card. If you want to return a package, you pay return shipping and then they'll refund you for the original product price and tax but not for the original shipping cost. There's also a fee to start, I believe it's $19. If you like their products but don't think you'll need 35 points each month or you just don't want to spend about $80 per month, here's what you should do. I recommend this for anyone who's not consistently taking their vitamins. Become a preferred member, order whatever you want at the preferred membership price, cancel that same calendar month (I'll explain how lower), then call back that same calendar month and ask for a refund for your membership fee of $19. Theyll refund you the membership fee if you cancel the same month you start. It's a little bit of a process, but it's the best way to get the most products without being stuck from month to month. To cancel, they will not tell you this over the phone, but it's an option. Take any piece of paper and write the following information on it: name, date of birth, phone number, why cancelling, date, and signature. Then take a photo and email it to myaccount at melaleuca.com (I had to type their email address that way because I'm not allowed to include email addresses in the review). It takes them two to three business days to process it then you'll receive a confirmation email. If you don't get an email, then call a few days later and feel free to verify your account is cancelled. I recommend at that point having them remove your card from the account just in case or else your card is still on their records.
