Absolutely love all product from cleaning to health and beauty Renew is one of my favorites as we have very sensitive skin. We have been a member for years and have never had any issues. I assume all these issues with cancellation are because they are not following the process correctly

I just had to post a review because of some of the absolutely ridiculous statements I've read, all of which had to make me wonder who is posting these things? For example, EXPENSIVE? Are you KIDDING!?! I could go on and one here, but let's just use cleaning products as an example. A bottle of window cleaner or tile cleaner typically costs $3-$4 a bottle in local stores. Melaleuca's replacement version cost under $1.00 How does THAT translate as expensive? Oh, some will say you have to pay for shipping. Yep, that's right, and it's 5.4% of the cost. Even WITH shipping, the cost is still 1/3 of the price. Another thing I've read was ingredients. Melaleuca is very open about ingredients they use. They certainly won't reveal what combinations of safer ingredients are used within a product for obvious reasons so that competing companies don't try to duplicate them. Another complaint is about having make MONTHLY orders. NOT TRUE! What amazes me is that people shop monthly for the very products Melaleuca offers. In other words, they are already shopping MONTHLY and then they complain about shopping MONTHLY at Melaleuca? Simply switch stores, people. Why spend more at local stores than on Melaleuca's less costly products that are even better anyways. There are literally 100's of products to choose from, and then when you consider that there are some 2,000 online stores partnered with Melaleuca for cash back discounts, why shop anywhere else than at Melaleuca? If by chance Melaleuca does not offer something needed, use a portal for cash discounts at some 2,000 stores like Walmart, Best Buy, Macy's, Target, Sam's club, etc., etc. I could write a book about the benefits of shopping at Melaleuca. I have saved THOUSANDS over the years, not to mention the obvious health benefits from keeping toxic products out of my home. Tip for consumers: Try shopping at the store for 3 months and then discover for yourself how great the store is. You can get all your money back within 60 days if not happy, AND you receive $100 as a new customer for just trying it out.

I started membership with Melaleuca back in 03/2020. On 6/24/2020 I called to cancel the membership. The lady I spoke to advised that they cancelled the membership. I get a text on 7/8/2020 indicating I needed to contact Melaleuca to avoid $10 late payment. I signed onto the website and saw my membership was not cancelled and that they had a pending order that needed me to update payment account. I called the Melaleuca advised them I cancelled. The lady I spoke to indicated it was not cancelled. I advised they need to have a manager review the call and confirm that the lady had advised it was cancelled. The lady then advised their policy was to write a letter to cancel. I advised her to cancel the order in processing that it will not go through on my credit card. As requested I emailed letter with my signature on 7/8 to cancel membership. I then get charged on 7/10 my debit card which my card I used initially when started with Melaleuca but I replaced it with my credit card. All of a sudden the order that was processing because it was not charged is shipped on 7/10 after I cancelled. I then contacted Melaleuca and the gentlemen I spoke to said it was still not cancelled and the order was sent out today and on its way. This company is really committing fraud to keep my debit card that I asked to be removed and replaced with my credit card. I initially stopped the membership because I could no longer afford the monthly costs to keep membership because of the shortage in income due to COVID-19 the company has no empathy nor are they honest. They are scandalous. I started to support a friend I did like the products but as I said could no longer keep up with the membership monthly requirement. So I cancelled. I had planned on getting back started once income is better. But now I regret I have ever did business with them. They charged my debit card which I removed and replaced with CC. I also advised on 7/8 that needed to cancel the order because I had already advised my cc that I did not no longer authorize them to use my card. So they fradualently reinstated my debit card and used it to process order.

This company is a scam. They refuse to cancel accounts and send out items and try to charge you anyway. Avoid at all cost.

This company is a pyramid scheme and steals your money!!! They do not guarantee money back if not satisfied! DO NOT THROW AWAY YOUR MONEY WITH THIS AWFUL COMPANY!!!!! There are way better companies that don’t steal from you and have a higher quality products! I have nothing but terrible things to say about this company!

Horrible cancelation experience and such a scam. They try to say you get free dollars but have a ton of restrictions on when and how they can be used. They will try to take every penny from you. Overpriced items. 1 laundry detergent bottle will cost $28 after fees and shipping. Scam.

I have never had one product that I didn't LOVE. The laundry soup, cleans better with less soap. The dishwashing detergent, cleans WAY better than any store brand and rinses clean EVEN with hard water. The shampoo and conditioner is salon quality, but better for my hair. The Renew lotion is the best I have ever tried and is all botanical. I would suggest that everyone try these products. What do you have to lose?

We have been a Melaleuca Customer for nearly 10 years... We Use a wide range of the products and can honestly say we have had no complaints. I have read reviews where people have complained that it is hard to cancel or postpone membership. We have done this easily two or three times.. Super Company..
