MelaleucaReviews of melaleuca.com

Sorry, just call the person who invited you to Melaleuca, no one can call to cancel, you have to download a form from their page or send your unsubscribe letter by Quick Sened. Imagine how stupid they cancel you over the phone.

My family has used the Mellaluca products for a decade. I was surprised at the negative reviews because none of these negative issues happened to us. I am a doctor and had 30 years of experience, has background in medical research and I can discern the true effects of any product from a placebo response. Please don’t allow a few negative comments to keep you from very fine products at very competitive price. I am not trying to sell Mellaluca, but I do ask you to form an opinion based upon your own experience. You May find out like me that these products are good for you. If you don’t want to sell these products there is no pressure. I have been a customer for years. However one person I introduced to Mellaluca joined as a business and doing well.

First of all I do not why people want to cancel the membership. Melaleuca is the best shopping club of the world. Nowhere else you would find the quality and prices. The products will help your health and your family’s. Another thing that I like is that it is eco-friendly. I totally recommended🥰

There are some very sad negative reviews about this company that are simply unfair and misinformed. Their customer service team is 2nd to none, however, your issues and concerns about your account should go directly to the person that enrolled you as a member first. They are committed to making sure you are a happy customer. If you're not, give them a chance to do their job. They will HELP YOU CANCEL! I absolutely love shopping with this company. The naturally-based household and health-related products have made a huge difference in my family's well being. We are healthier because we chose Melaleuca. I have never run out of our important cleaning products, disinfectant or hand sanitizer during COVID. We're not running out 4x's a week looking for clorox, lysol, or other toxic products that likely aren't on the shelves anyway. Get with the program! Melaleuca is changing lives by the millions!

Melaleuca bills itself as a "Sort of Costco & Amazon for "Healthy Products" but without the lines. Don't Sign Up With Them. You cannot leave. I have canceled my account four times already. I still get automatic shipments, and you cannot even delete your credit card info from the website. They work very hard at getting you to become a dealer. You do not sell products, you just sucker your friends into signing up also.

Scam please do not use this company . They have a horrible way to cancel even through they said it would be east to it’s not . There products are overpriced and shipping fees are expensive. As a member you shouldn’t have to pay a shipping fee . There are other companies that don’t require this and don’t try to steal from customers. It’s sad the products are great but way to overpriced even with a membership. I hope the ceo of the company realizes greed is not being he way to go. This company is supposed to be about helping others and it’s just stealing money from people . They also don’t tell you that you have to spend 86 dollars a month just to keep your account going

These ppl (MELALEUCA) is a scam! Pleaseeeeee do NOT use them! They will never succeed in what they are doing! In the beginning they have you to buy their products and then after your payment they say, btw we will debit your card monthly for the products that you have chosen! I was like wow. You say this after I placed the order. Then they say you can cancel at any time.... a month after, I said I want to cancel! They said well we have to sent you an email which no one sends! I replaced my card with a new one bcuz I lost my wallet.... so I can see that they were trying to take payment without sending me the products and I said look don’t send the product please. Lol they said we already have sent the order. I said why would you do that without payment. She said oh this is a courtesy. I said well no thank you I don’t want it. I’ll send the product back. 2 days later after I cancel with them, they came through my acct and was successful. I called them and asked them who told you to debit my acct with my new card! They said my back did!!! I called navy and they said they are lying! We would never do that. They refunded me my money back. DO NOT HO WITH THIA COMPANY! They are FRAUDS! Also when you try to unsubscribe to their emails, they have the link set up to start your order again! No matter where you click, it will start a whole new order for the next month!!
