These ingredients are not natural like its claimed. The shampoo, hand soap, dish soap, they have too strong of a fragrance. The toothpaste has fluoride. It's not any better than store bought products. Products are too expensive as well. There are local made cleaner products that are cheaper than this. Don't waste your time.

I am a new Melaleuca customer. I have tried quite a few products. I am very happy with the cleaning products they do a very good job but I was amazed at a couple. RENEW lotion feels so good on my skin and really does a superior job. Several makeup products are very well made and I prefer them outright. I bought several cleaning tissues for our vehicles and they are great. I am a happy customer.

Strange company. Friend referred me but this company could not get it together. Kept insisting on paperwork from the referral but it was never clear what they wanted. Worst customer service ever. They were happy to lose a customer rather than take the extra step yo get a new customer. Obviously this business does not need any new customers

I became a member back in May 2022. A friend introduced me, and when I saw there was a monthly minimum I had to order, I mentioned this as a concern, because I was just starting a business, and my finances were stable enough yet to be required to pay $50 plus a month to order stuff I may or may not use. She said don't worry about it, we can work that out. The first month I couldn't afford it, they sent me some random "back-up" order costing me $70. I tried to return this order by taking it to a UPS Store, and after my second trip to the UPS store, I am told they can't take it, because there is a hazardous material sicker on the package, and they can't accept packages with hazardous materials in them. So I called Melaleuca to see what to do, and they SOLD me a return label for $10. I called UPS to have them pick up the item for return and was told, because they didn't sell me a label with the pick up paid, it will cost me ANOTHER $13 something to have it picked up, and since no UPS facility will accept it, that is the best they can do. So I call Melaleuca again and again explain this, and the lady in Melaleuca's customer service basically told me to lie to them and HIDE the hazardous label, but otherwise there isn't anything they can do but send me a free label, so I can pay for the UPS pick up. SHADY SHADY SHADY. I had planned to reup my subscription once my finances stabilized again, but after seeing a company literally tell me to LIE to UPS, I wouldn't trust them to sell me water if I were on fire!! DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SHADY, DECEITFUL COMPANY! You will regret it! If I could give it Zero Stars I would.

Melaleuca is a pyramid scheme. The products are overpriced and do not perform. The 'concentrated' products need an awful lot of water to be added, doesn't that make you wonder what you're paying for?? I received an order that I didn't order??? and tried to contact my up line member but have had zero response from her. I cannot recommend this company.

I first opened my shopping account with Melaleuca in 2002 when we were looking for a way to get the toxins out of our house to support my sons health condition. The changes that came from that shopping decision were immeasurable. My son showed amazing improvement in his health in no time and we noticed additional changes for the rest of the family as well. Everything from reduced headaches, panic attacks that stopped completely to better energy, breathing and general health. Not to mention that the household products work like a dream and don't break the bank. I am so grateful that this company is thoughtful and ethical about what ingredients they use in their products. I can't imagine ever going back to store brand products that are nearly all controlled by the big 10 and put profits before people.

Best private shopping club. Products are natural and amazing. I have not had one thing to complain about this company in over 6 months so far. I will continue to use them and share them with the people I love!

I was approached to join a couple of years back. Didnt think they had anything to offer me so refused. Fast forward a few years and I took another look. Signed on the spot and never looked back. 95% of the products are amazing. The other 5% just arnt for me....thats pretty good considering I am super fussy. Most products are concentrated so it works out cheaper than my supermarket, they contain no harmful chemicals, but best of all they actually work! Would highly recommend....and if its not for you thats fine, its very easy to cancel.
