MEEDEN ArtReviews of meedenart.com

First It is a light weight easel designed for large canvases. Second The fake brass hardware was stripped

I ordered the drafting stool. At the time of ordering there was no indication that the order was out of stock but I emailed to ask realistically when would it arrive and initially I was told the order was out of stock and would I be prepared to wait? I emailed to say I was disappointed but I would wait. I didn’t realise when I ordered that the product that it might be coming from China and I don’t mind admitting I was a little concerned after reading other reviews! I then received an email to say it would be delivered earlier than expected and from then onwards it came very quickly. I was really impressed with the customer service. Unlike other reviews I received lots of emails about the progress of my order and constantly kept up to date. When the stool arrived it was well packaged and in perfect condition. It was easy to put together with clear instructions, though it’s best to have another person to hold things whilst assembling. It works perfectly at the moment and I’m very happy. On my experience I would definitely recommend MEEDEN.

Ordered a cart for my art supplies It arrived promptly and is a beautiful addition Easy to put together!

I have bought an art table and stool set worth over £200 and the table top arrived damaged in the corners. I emailed Meeden Art about it and all they suggested is refunding me a paltry £40 and then just ignored all my further emails asking for a replacement as is my statutory right under the UK Consumer RIghts Act 2015. A terrible company - I would not recommend them to anyone and I will be reporting them to the UK Consumer Agency.

Echt heel erg blij mee.

Deceptive advertising. Their walnut watercolor artist grade painting kit looked fabulous online. There were very deceptive photos taken showing it on an easel, being carried by someone etc that made it look 5x bigger than it is. It literally holds a piece of paper as big as a postcard and is smaller than a small lunch box. It appeared so much bigger in the photos. It was very expensive and i bought it for a gift. Also the box itself made it look bigger than it was. Upon giving it and it being opened I was astounded how tiny it was,

I had a small concern and contacted the support team. I was expecting a long, drawn-out process, but they offered a perfect solution immediately. No stress, no hassle. It is clear that this company values customer loyalty more than a quick sale. Truly impressive service!

I've purchased quite a few items and have been impressed each time. Great craftsmanship, fair pricing, and overall excellent value.
