Really happy with my purchase
I ordered the drafting stool. At the time of ordering there was no indication that the order was out of stock but I emailed to ask realistically when would it arrive and initially I was told the order was out of stock and would I be prepared to wait? I emailed to say I was disappointed but I would wait. I didn’t realise when I ordered that the product that it might be coming from China and I don’t mind admitting I was a little concerned after reading other reviews! I then received an email to say it would be delivered earlier than expected and from then onwards it came very quickly. I was really impressed with the customer service. Unlike other reviews I received lots of emails about the progress of my order and constantly kept up to date. When the stool arrived it was well packaged and in perfect condition. It was easy to put together with clear instructions, though it’s best to have another person to hold things whilst assembling. It works perfectly at the moment and I’m very happy. On my experience I would definitely recommend MEEDEN.
