Easy to put together, fast service

Agent over the phone was very professional and friendly. Answered questions knowledgeable and used terminology I understood. Offered promo code discount I didn't know about. Ordering online was then quick and easy.

Stacy was the rep who helped me and she was wonderful. She was very helpful explaining the different options for the bed I was ordering. It's nice to do business with someone so friendly and courteous.

I was looking for a lift gate for my car. This one came up and I went to chat and talked to Darrell who answered all my questions. I then was able to decide and purchase online.

Last Sunday’s Medmart newspaper ad (Dayton Daily News) said to get 10% off regularly priced items to use promo code at the on-line checkout. It kept coming back as an error. There were no conditions except that the item be purchased at the regular price. So I called. For reasons unclear to me, I was told it was not applicable. I went ahead & ordered the item. During the checkout, they professional & nice lady did find some sort of 6% discount. Med Mart should not behave contrary to it’s advertisement.

The website and online ordering was very clear and easy. Customer service was very helpful in answering my lingering questions. I am so looking forward to receiving my scooter and gaining my mobility back. Good company!

My experience was great, I looked up the product online called the number as I needed the scooter ASAP. The lady who helped me was very knowledgeable and courteous, I explained to her my situation and she assured me that the product will be shipped today and I will receive it tomorrow, I would recommend Med Mart to any one who may need medical equipment
