You were great about delivery, but my paying over $500 in shipping and nothing to show for it kind of rubs me the wrong way.

Both people I spoke with were very helpful! Promised that they had the lift in stock and it would be mail on 9/28/2021 and it would take 5 to 7 business days to get. I previously contacted 2 other companies that first promised fast delivery and now are saying the stock would not be there until October for one and November for the other. This lift is needed in order to move my husband; so I am very glad that I called your company.

I liked the chair but its too small for me. I was not able to return the chair because you only allow 3 days to make the return. # days is not long enough to see if the chair is suitable.

Was a bit worried on how long it was taking after making my choice and selecting everything in the checkout... site was hung up / moving slowly. but all in all it was smooth enough.

The person i talk to gave me good instructions what i have to do she was very patience and helpful made sure I did just how she instruct me what to do.

I tried several times to order using klarna and I couldn't. I even went into the store to order and was told that the price was higher. I bought a lift chair a couple of months ago and have to have repairs done. It isn't looking to great for Med Mart in my eyes just now. Will see how repairs go.
