I ordered the 3 wheeled Scooter but was shipped the 4 wheeled scooter instead. I called about the mix-up and was informed that your company would contact me soon to discuss the matter. I have not had any contact (about the wrong Scooter delivered to me) from any agent from the Scooter company to this date. I was going to purchase a second Scooter for use inside our home but, am not sure how reliable Med Mart's ratings are on standing by their sales. The 4 wheeled scooter is being used by me and it works alright outside and inside stores but, would have preferred the 2 wheeler instead. After all, that's what I ordered. Thank you...

I asked for updated shipping information on an order placed about 6 weeks ago and have received no information. The non-automated response didn't even indicate that someone was investigating.

I placed the order, and made the payment via PayPal. The first time I checked it, it said the order was 'on hold'. Said the same thing for several days, without explanation or contact as to why something that, on the advertisement said would ship the next day, would not have shipped after nearly a week. I finally got to someone, after very long hold times, who told me the order was on hold due to potential fraud, as the e-mail I provided when I set up the account was not the same as the e-mail I have on record at PayPal. While I appreciate the diligence on my behalf regarding fraud, I am upset that nobody from MediMart contacted me as soon, or ever for that matter, as they saw the issue. It still hasn't shipped a couple of days after they said they'd fix it, so we are cancelling the order right now and have purchased the same item elsewhere. This is my second purchase from them, the first being a $1200+ lift chair, but it will be my last. I understand caution, but lack of contact, I will not accept.
