The chair is what we expected. Delivery was delayed by FEDEX three times.

The shipping dates were blatantly false, and no mention of the company being middle men, i.e. not having any stock of their own. It took WEEKS of constant communication on my end (very little responses on MedMart's end) to get a cancellation and refund due to the false shipping dates. Would not recommend this company to anyone in need of medical supplies.

I researched this product for a week or more. Compared to the other companies I checked out, Med-Mart price was equal to or lower that the others. The website was very easy to navigate and checkout my purchase. The lift I purchased was clearly displayed and was large enough so that I did not have to zoom in. Overall, the website was very attractive and well laid out. There were other companies that offered the lift at the same price but I went back to Web-Med because the web-site stayed in my mind even after researching all the other sites.

Received my shower/commode chair today,, also ordered the potty and paid for it but haven't received it as yet. Chair did not include assembly instructions and having trouble figuring out the brakes. It does look like a good, stable product and I'm anxious to try it out.

My first and only contact was with Kristian. I have nothing but the highest praise for her, her knowledge of the item I purchased and all the things I needed to know to make this purchase happen. Kristian was, polite, listened to what I needed, very knowledgeable and I felt like I was treated with respect.. I have passed your website on to my son's case manager who in turn has shared it with other case manager. She was not aware of the variety of equipment available for people with disabilities. Thank you so much. I look forward to continued busy with Med Mart as needed.
