The online experience was fine. Explanations of product were good and helpful in aiding me to choose. It took me time to decide as there was a good deal of information, and also, I had certain requirements in mind. All were met. Now I am looking forward to receiving the rollator.

Much better if the product got here sooner than 30 days but once you got here I was satisfied with the item but would like to a much better manual at least a diagram of the ew 52 hard to find one nobody seems to even care I wish they would send me one I really could be 52 any Wheels manual for mechanics

First time on site. The site was easy to use and had helpful links. Pricing seemed very competive for the chair I purchased. The detailed specifications made it easy to decide on which chair would work best. My only suggestion would be greater clarification about the material used for covering. The color choices were great but I couldn't find what the material was. I'm looking forward to the arrival of the chair.
