Ordered and paid in full for an order was told in stocks 7 to 10 day delivery after 2 weeks and 8 calls all ways told same lie some o e will call in 24 hours a lie evey one in the company even management tells you now they say they need 16 more days to pick the order sales was to call me yesterday with an update another lie no calls. Very very poor service great and taking money then ignore you

Product came promptly and assembly was easy. Is just what I will need facing upcoming knee replacement. I recommend.

The customer service stinks!! No matter what prompt is chosen, nobody ever returns the phone message !! I have left countless messages asking why I received a different product instead of what I ordered. No response! Later in the day someone finally got back to me and explained why the item was changed but it virtually was the same unit, just with increased weight capacity. Just started to assemble the unit but now missing some critically needed screws to attach the battery pack! They said they will have the manufacturer send them overnight.

Delivery time from when order was placed was outstanding! The delivery company called to confirm delivery day and approximate time. Our power hoyer lift arrived on time, fully assembled in the box. All we had to do was charge and go. We are BEYOND happy and impressed with the power hoyer lift that we purchased. Definitely a great value.
