I placed an order this morning on items I saw online that will help me in my life. A new bath mat to stand on while I’m taking a shower, and a rollator that I can place in the car for easier helping hand to help me keep my balance after the stokes I have had. It should be easier for me now. Thank you and Merry Christmas to all. Jj

Had trouble with checking out .... but got it to process. When you show a video on an item.... show it working = have the lift chair moving. Can't wait for my new chair.

The website is easy to manage and you have a wide selection to choose from. I will say more when I receive the chair I ordered. At this time I am satisfied with the description of my future chair.

Waited 2 weeks for delivery and now after my inquiry I have been told to wait a few more weeks for word on delivery. Not cool MedMart. I am thoroughly disappointed.

Linda, We sincerely apologize on the delay. As I am sure you can understand, businesses are currently facing many challenges. Your item is made to order, so this increased the length of time in production. We are doing everything we can to keep the website accurate on lead times. We hope that once you receive your product you will be satisfied and may reconsider your review. Thank you, MedMart Team

The lady we talked to was very helpful . When we asked a question she would make sure the information she gave us was correct , and was always nice and not pushy

Trying to get a call back about order status since I was not given a shipping date when I placed the order. Need item as soon as possible, if out of stock I will move on to another seller. Finally received shipping notice.

works as described I hope to never have to use it, but after a recent incident I think it is a good piece of equipment to have on hand
