I wish there was an option to give more than 5 stars. My 89 year old father was recently discharged from the hospital, but now requires a hospital bed at home. The sales team (Julie and Ashley) took the team to listen to my Dad’s specific needs and requirements and were able to direct me to the perfect hospital bed (EasyCare SE Hi-Low Homecare Bed), mattress (Rest Q Pressure Redistribution) and side rails (Softcare). They were both so knowledgeable, patient, and kind to educate me to make an informed decision for this very important purchase. I hope this review helps the next person in a similar situation.
