We are very pleased with Med+Mart's website, and the ordering process was excellent. Our fully electric adjustable bed was purchased July 29th to be delivered Aug 2nd; it was an on-time delivery! I assembled it right away, with the help of included instructions; everything we ordered came complete. Needed to order a P440 ceiling lift. Talked to Lynette. She was helpful, courteous and professional. The product is overpriced and not durable. I have to buy a P 440 every year because the batteries do not last.

The ordering process was great! We needed to apply a tax exempt status of our order, and the CS rep was able to walk me through it, confirm she got the order and applied the credit while on a chat with me. The order was shipped the same day it was placed, and delivered just a few short days later! We will try to use them for more things in the future.
