On Feb. 20, 2026, we ordered a hospital bed to be delivered and set up in our home. We live in a rural area of Mississippi. The ordering process, the salesperson, the actual delivery and set up were great. The bed is exactly what we ordered. What wasn't so great was that the bed did not arrive until April 2nd. We had to reach out several times to MedMart to try to find out what was going on. First, we were told they couldn't find a technician near us (not surprising) that could do the delivery and set up for which we had paid. They finally found one near Memphis, TN which is almost 200 miles away who would come down to us. Another couple of weeks went by while we waited for the bed to ship from the manufacturer to the technician. Once it was finally on its way, we were kept pretty well informed of its progress. We're praying it holds up well, and we don't have to get it serviced or replaced!

I received a Medline Jazzy Ultra Light Powerchair for inside and outside wheeled mobility. It came with the standard 10 AH battery which has a 9 mile range (true to advertisement). It is smooth, does not get stuck easily because the drive wheels are in the rear (where your weight is giving it more grip). The joystick control takes a few minutes to learn but is really easy to use after a few moments of toying with it. It came with a cup holder and rear taillights - an unexpected treat! It has four different speed settings from a slow crawl to a brisk walk pace. It is VERY light and easy to put in the trunk of my car. The battery is easy to detach and handle. The chair charges quickly. It can turn on a dime making indoor use in my house easy for me. The chair itself is unobtrusive but large enough to fit my 6'4" frame. The chair is comfy and the foot pegs allow my overly long feet hang over comfortably while remaining safely grounded. This chair is worth every cent. I highly recommend it for anyone needing to get around in tight spaces.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! We order supplies that were needed to be delivered BEFORE my mom was to come home from her rehab. The “ ship by date” as ADVERTISED is a LIE! Nothing we ordered was shipped by the date they advertised on their site. I got email & phones calls discussing “ delay”. Then they shipped an item I told them to NOT SHIP & I can get it faster on amazon at that point because they are delaying our plans to have my mom return home. They shipped said item anyways then told me I’d need to pay for shipping return and a restock fee!!! Seriously… DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Or you will definitely be disappointed and if you have a timeline, they will give you a million excuses!
