Easy to use website, checkout process was seamless

My item (an electric wheelchair) was delivered on Friday, early afternoon. It was delivered without a seat. When I called the company, starting at 3pm I could not reach anyone for an hour. When I did, the representative could not give me any explanations and told me she would get back to me. I was not told they were closed on weekends so I called several more times and sent several emails. Monday morning I was told the item had been shipped. It would have been much less stressful if they just told me nothing could be done until Monday in the first place.

Salesperson was very knowledgeable friendly and helpful. She was sensitive to my concerns about how the device would work as well as how quickly we could get it. I appreciate the time she took with me, and felt very confident about my purchase.
