I did alot of research online for lift recliners I decided to go with medmart because the wedsite said delivery Friday 11th ordered on Saturday November 5th, I called the queen city medmart on Monday November 7th to find out where my order stood, I was asked if I ordered online I said yes, this was the same employee I talked to sometime ago about my scooter I bought and was having trouble with, after taking with her, I don't know how long, but she hung up on me just like this time. I ended up looking online to find another phone number, was told that the color I wanted was unavailable was given some other choices, and was told he would look into it an keep me posted. He did email me the next day it would be 2 weeks. I had other choices to shop from I bought from medmart because I wanted it quick and I saw Friday delivery date. Other places I looked at said 2-3 weeks, trying to beat the holidays, I bought it. Sorry I did. I WILL NOT BE SHOPPING WITH MEDMART AGAIN!!!! I just want my Recliner.

Tried to cancel the very same day! Two days later driver calls to deliver boxes- not mattress. We told the driver we had cancelled the order. Company says it will charge us25% restocking fee.

Except for some miscommunication I was very pleased for time of order to a completed delivery/setup by 2 very capable individuals and disposal of packaging materials.

In the beginning they seemed confused and I had no help.

The company takes PayPal so I could use my PayPal Credit to purchase this stuff. Hard to find a company that does.
