Med MartReviews of medmartonline.com

Great knowledgeable service and excellent turnaround!

The agent was very nice, listened to my long list of questions, gave all the information I asked for. Was not a high pressure sales person. Was knowable and seemed to care. She was so good to me I called back the next day with more questions and then made the decision to get it only from her.

Excellent order process, now waiting for delivery and set-up.

I am trying to find out why my new buzz around battery won't install in its place. It is Model GB120.

Kristan did a tremendous job assisting me regarding which chair lift to purchase, answering questions regarding the options available, and selecting the in home installation. She also was great at assisting me when I forgot to give her the discount code (Welcome12) until after the order was entered. When I called I was not planning to purchase a lift today but, with Kristan's help, I decided to order now instead of doing more shopping.

Lyn was so helpful and informative, doing research for my specific needs. The on-line photos, videos and information was excellent. I am delighted with their service and products.

vert informative and pleasant sales lady, Stacy
