I cannot recommend Med Mart as a product provider. 1. I was not informed that the first shipment was incomplete and that the second shipment will follow. This caused me assembly problems and additional expenses. 2. was given inaccurate delivery information. 3. Bed motor cannot be mounted on bed. 4. Burdon placed on customer to persue problems that Med Mart customer service should follow threw.

Good scooter lightweight perfect for small cars

I inquired after my order about accelerated delivery, explaining we were going on a trip and would love to get the scooter in time to take it along. The Med Mart rep said they would ask the manufacturer and would let me know about additional costs. Then I just received a new shipping date that was earlier than I even asked, with no additional charges at all!
