On my first time ordering, the online payment was frustrating to navigate. Forced me to include a donation and to include a promotion code. During the payment process, when I switched to the text message with the promotion code to read this code, the screen deleted my payment info. I had to retype the payment info to place my order.

this was not the item i ordered and expected! this items is the same as I already have at home O NEED the Portable foldedable that I was given the link to so the wprmg item was shipped and I hope that this can be corrected as soon as possible. I need it for lifting my daughter who is totally disable when we are traveling!!!!the person I spoke with was very professional and kind it's just that the wrong item was shipped and I in no way can lift this big items that was shipped!
