I'm putting my SC7132 Scooter together and followed the instructions provided. when I try to charge the batteries (2) lithium the charger shows power on but does not recognize the batteries. This is a brand-new unit out of the box. Wish I could use it over the weekend but have to wait till Monday for tect support to call me.

Very easy to do business and nice product

Mr. Tim Fuller was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and he listened to everything I was searching for to finding the best product to fit my needs. We chose the Pride igo because of its foldability, portability, and its super compact and plane friendly. Initially, I was a bit apprehensive about the process of choosing the right product. I felt overwhelmed quite honestly, but Mr. Tim made this a pleasant and simple experience!

The only reason I'm giving 2 stars. The amount purchased for the unit and I did not receive the correct seat. This should have been an eye catcher by the company before shipping. Make sure everything is correct before shipping yo customers.

I think the piece of plastic to hold a cane on the back of my wheel chair is a high and ridiculous price. I could really use this on my wheel chair but I feel bad about paying so much for it and feel like I paid way to much for it and what it is worth.

Item's picture and item's description on MedMart is incorrect. I received different product which I could have gotten at Amazon at 50% of the cost I paid to MedMart.
