My husband bought my mother in law a lift chair for well over 2500 dollars. We received faulty chairs each time and now we cannot get a refund. The chair is too hard for her to even sit in for more than a few minutes and the head rest/top of chair is non existent and no one in the office is willing to work with us to solve this issue. Bad business Med mart. We are out of 2600 dollars and stuck with a faulty chair.
