I called before placing an order on 7/20 and was told that the Jazzy Carbon HD chair I needed was in stock and would be shipped from Mississippi in a day or so. Here it is, 7/24 and there’s no update on the status of my order, nor any tracking. I called again and was told I’d be informed about the status of my order first thing on Monday morning, but I’m not confident. I also asked about whether I’d be getting the new and improved Carbon HD because it now comes with casters and a digital screen. The photos on the site show both chairs with no explanation. I was told there was only one type of chair and that I’d be getting the latest version, but again, not confident. I’m really regretting this purchase with this company after reading all the reviews with the BBB and want to cancel my order.

The man i talked to on my last call was very rude and unhelpful I wouldn't buy here again. All around very slow and unhelpful process when trying to get lifesaving oxygen my dog passed without the help she needed. I felt like he was talking down to me and very condescending in my desperat search for help and my dog died this man probably isnt the best for your sales

Ordering was very easy. Delivery was very quick. I think the only thing I would have to say bad is. When the freight company delivered the chair. They would not take it to the 2nd floor to my moms apartment.
