Hi there, I reviewed your order and see that a delivery appointment date was set with the freight company for 9/6. That is shipped on a pallet by freight whereas the sheet set is a small regular package and shipped separately. We're happy you have those ready to use when the bed is delivered. Hi there- We're incredibly sorry that a walker was misdelivered in place of the bed rails. We reviewed the images that were sent and the bed with mattress are correct and set up however the rails packaging was mispicked in the warehouse and that's where the walker was mistakenly shipped. We have placed a new order for the rails and expedited that shipment for the inconvenience. We strive to provide quick and excellent delivery times with accuracy and again, we apologize we failed in this instance and don't take this lightly when mistakes like this occur. We do sincerely thank you for choosing us and if there's anything we can assist with further, it's a pleasure.
