Hello, I see in the past 3 years you have placed multiple orders with us for the same parts and the warranty is up to the manufacturer for those parts. An order was placed for one of the same parts again today which was last ordered almost a year ago. I also see that order was cancelled and refunded today by request also. We 100% advocate for our customers on their warranty with the manufacturer which is in the owners-manual for each item. We would not ever want someone to have to pay for a part that is under warranty. If there's some further confusion and clarity is needed, we'll be more than happy to try and help. Thank you for your patronage over the years, we really do appreciate you as our customer.

Hello- You worked with Stacey on your order with us and she will be contacting you today in regard to your order. You should have received the tracking email that was sent overnight as your order did ship as intended. The item was marked as a build-per-order item however stock was certainly available to ship right away, we're so happy about that and all is well! We apologize for the confusion!
