I was given a recipe a my card was charged and now I’m told you don’t have it. Not very happy

My customer service representative that handled my call was very professional and did everything he could to make sure all of my questions was answered. He was very helpful in helping me customize a new wheelchair for my mom that I was getting the right and size of cushion due to the seat size.
