The first time I placed this order online it didn’t go through. I received a message that it was under review & I was given a reference number #516218. I then called the help line & spoke to Kristen who said my order had not gone through. I then was able to make & complete the transaction w/Kristen. She was very helpful & I’m looking forward to receiving my Nitro deluxe rollater in champagne. The reviews were very useful in making my decision.

Stacey Bryant was superb. Due to mobility issues I shop online a lot. This is the first time I have been treated superbly. She was courteous, never made me feel I was wasting her time, and answered all my questions thoroughly. I have been shopping for a scooter for awhile and couldn’t find anyone who treated me like what I wanted was achievable. She called me back when she said she would and had all the answers I needed to make an informed decision. She was fantastic and I thoroughly enjoyed my shopping experience.
